West on I-68
From DC or Baltimore - take 270 west to Hagerstown, 40 West to Hancock, MD and then I-68 west to Cumberland. Take exit 43C, "Downtown", bear right onto Harrison Street, immediately left onto South Centre, go 2 blocks to the first light. To your right or left you will see the main portion of Downtown Cumberland, a showplace for the City and also home to some of the most unique and interesting shopping you can find. Continue through this light, the Book Center is located on your right, halfway down this block. On-street parking is available, but if you are not able to park on the street, continue to the end of the block, turn right and make an immediate right into Church Alley. Go down the alley about 100 feet and you will see our rear door. We have customer parking behind our store and the building beside us. Unfortunately, we do not have a rear entrance at this time, so we ask you to proceed through the parklet beside our store, which will bring you to our front door.

East on I-68
Coming from Morgantown, WV or other points to the west of Cumberland: Take exit 43C, "Downtown", make right at bottom of ramp, make next right before light onto South Centre Street, continue straight to the first light. To your right or left you will see the main portion of Downtown Cumberland, a showplace for the City and also home to some of the most unique and interesting shopping you can find. Where Can I Park?
On-street parking is available in front of our store on North Centre Street. If none of those spaces are available, continue to the end of this block, make a right, and another immediate right into Church Alley. Go down the alley about 100 feet and you will see our rear door. Also, parking is available in the Value City lot on Queen City Drive, the Centre City Parking Garage on South George Street across from the Holiday Inn, and our newest Parking Garage facility on North Mechanic Street. Even more parking is available on other streets and small surface lots around town.
